Terms of sale and use

What you're buying

A digital download, licensed under our single-organization license. Nothing physical ships.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Refunds

Digital goods are delivered instantly, so we don't offer automatic refunds. That said, if a toolkit isn't what you expected, email us within 30 days and describe the gap. We would rather refund you than have you feel taken.

Downloads

Download links are personal to your order, expire after a set window, and are capped in number. Save the files to your own storage promptly. If a link expires before you got the files, contact us and we'll reissue it.

Updates

When we materially revise a toolkit within a year of your purchase, you get the updated version at no charge.

Warranty and liability

Materials are provided as is. We make no warranty that any template satisfies the legal requirements of a particular jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you purchase governs that purchase.
