Most districts stall on AI policy for the same reason: the first draft has to come from somewhere, and nobody wants to be the one who writes it wrong. This kit is that first draft, plus the four documents you need immediately after it.
The policy runs six pages and is written to be taken to a board. Roughly twenty decisions are yours to make and every one of them is marked in teal so you can find them in a single pass. Where districts genuinely disagree, a drafting note tells you the point is contested and what each choice will cost you.
Two positions are taken deliberately and stated plainly: AI detection output cannot be the sole basis for an academic integrity finding, and documented assistive technology is permitted on tasks otherwise marked no-AI. Both are defensible. Both are also easy to change if your counsel sees it differently.
